As we look forward to the changing political landscape on the Chicago City Council, it is important to support elected officials who are making a difference and moving the city forward. Alderman Brendan Reilly is one of those leaders.
Since his election to the City Council in 2007, Alderman Reilly has helped to make tremendous progress in making downtown Chicago a more business-friendly global destination while caring for the needs of his downtown residents.
As you know, the 42nd Ward is the City of Chicago’s Central Business District – home to a unique and growing blend of residential neighborhoods and thriving mixed-use and commercial corridors. Alderman Reilly recognizes the importance of providing his constituents, both residents and businesses, with efficient services. However, given the City’s budget constraints the amount allocated to his Constituent Office falls far short of the amount needed to run his office effectively.
Thanks to the continued support of the DLC membership he is able to raise the funds needed to properly staff and operate his Constituent Service Office, an office that delivers services to more than 100,000 downtown residents, businesses and thousands of employers.
The DLC is an annual membership. Members of the DLC reflect the diversity of our ward consisting of everything from sole proprietorships to international corporations. Currently there are over 100 DLC members and 20 members of the Leadership Circle. Members are invited to meet with top state and local leaders to discuss critical issues affecting them.

Annual Membership Opportunities
The DLC is an annual membership that entitles you to attend two events with Alderman Reilly and top state and local leaders. Previous speakers have included Governor Patrick Quinn, Senate President John Cullerton, Cook County President Toni Preckwinkle and Mayor Rahm Emanuel.
DLC Leadership Circle – $5,000
Includes admission for two (2) guests to attend two (2) DLC Events with Alderman Reilly. Leadership Circle guests receive preferred seating and acknowledgement at events.
DLC Member – $1,500 per year
Includes admission for one guest (1) to two (2) DLC Events with Alderman Reilly.
