It’s hard to believe but, in the City of Chicago, any business with 50 or more employees must pay the city a $4.00 per month for each full-time employee on payroll.  For the past four years, Aldermen Brendan Reilly and Tom Tunney have been working to rollback this Head Tax that hurts mid-sized businesses; penalizes job creation; curbs workforce expansion; and discourages employers from locating in Chicago.  This year, Reilly is working with Tunney and the Emanuel Administration to finally phase-out the Head Tax by reducing the tax by $1 per employee / month each year until
